1. About DiaperMan
DiaperMan is a pay-per-sample diaper kit service that lets parents try multiple diaper brands, styles and sizes before committing to a full pack. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Delivery area
Delivery is currently offered only within Noida and Indirapuram. Orders with delivery addresses outside these areas cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled.
3. No exchanges or returns
For hygiene reasons, all sample kit orders are final. We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds once an order has been dispatched. If a product arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on +91 99717 73941 and we will assess replacement on a case-by-case basis.
4. Orders & pricing
- Prices displayed are per diaper and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- A flat delivery fee of ₹50 applies to every order.
- The minimum order value is ₹100.
- You can select up to 20 samples per kit.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
5. Payment
Orders are currently placed over WhatsApp and paid via Cash on Delivery. Payment is due in full at the time of delivery.
6. Product availability
Availability of specific brands, styles and sizes is subject to stock. If a selected sample is unavailable, we will contact you on WhatsApp to suggest a close alternative before dispatching your kit.
7. Health & safety
DiaperMan resells sealed, branded diaper products from third-party manufacturers. If your child experiences any skin reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a paediatrician. DiaperMan is not liable for any allergic reactions, irritation or medical conditions arising from use of the sampled products.
8. Privacy
We use your name, address and WhatsApp number solely to fulfil and provide updates about your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page and applies to orders placed after the date shown above.
